The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Ogata Research Institute and REDAA are inviting applications to undertake a specific project to carry out wetland ecosystem modelling and economic valuation in the Kalu Oya Basin, Sri Lanka. The project call is open for 6 weeks from 24th July 2023 and the deadline for submitting applications is 4th September 2023.Â

We are pleased to announce REDAA’s first grant call will open on 14 June 2023. This call focuses on ‘medium-sized’ Project Grants of between £200,000 and £500,000 (GB Pounds) over two to four years. Projects are expected to start from 1 January 2024.Â
REDAA will fund research-to-action initiatives in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia that are locally led and help both people and nature to thrive together. This work could be focused on improving evidence, using new tools or strengthening governance systems.
