Devolving resilience finance to the community level

Building resilience to climate change is a pressing priority but current funding systems are falling short. We need financing mechanisms that deliver meaningful and locally led resilience finance. This community insight features two REDAA-supported projects driving change by devolving funding decision-making to the community level.
